" Pickup took 2hrs for no apparent good reason. This happened at 01:00 in the morning after a long flight which ruined the Dubai stopover. Good points were, the car itself was nice (new car) and the return was very efficient. "

" Pick up of the car took 2hrs, the car appeared to not be available but the staff were unable to explain this and repeated the car will be ready in 5 minutes. The desk staff appeared throughly overwhelmed even though there was only around 4 people to be served. I will not use this company again. "
