Cross border is mentioned as "possible" but not listed in "excluded" in the options. So I had a bit of a surprise for additional amount .Good experience overall. "

" The overall cost of the rental was well in comparison to costs in Australia for this time frame , I was also extremely happy that the car was near to new ,,only 7000 kms on the clock ,, also the make a Skoda Octavia was a new experience as these are not a common car in Australia ,, We did over 2500 kms & visited 4 countries with no hassles for the whole time ,, even my adjusting to a left hand drive car was not a major event . "

" Its a second time and discusting experience with the same person from Hertz (Owner of Firefly) is acting very unpolite and arogant - Mr. Riha (Hertz Prague Airport) - gave me the worst and oldest car - when i asked to give me another - he said that all others cars are reserved for his "normal" clients from Hertz.. and i should be happy with this car for the money paid... Meaning that clients from Firefly are much less important for them then clients from Hertz which is quite rude - i think in modern society.... Would suggest to give this guy some courses "Negotiations with a client...". But never will choose there again!!! "
