" this BUDGET company has served by AVIS in TURKU and first time in my life I need to call to some paid phone number to register the time when I release the car and the keys! There was auto reply because it was in night time! Also the car was Toyota, not as advertised in Autoeurope website - Skoda Scala "

First the deposit was not as stated on AUTOEUROPE website - 95,-EUR but 300,-EUR; the car don't have GPS and when I tried to connect my Mobile Phone with wehicle CarPlay, it finalized that Waze hung up on my phone! It all happens in 2:00 e.m. and take my time around 1 hour to struggle with this, finally unsuccessful! When I delete my phone from this wehicle CarPaly system, than my Waze started to work normally again! This was bad experiance! I kept my phone in hand and grive to location needed. Very "comfortably" :-( "

" When I contacted Auto Europe they didn't want to know. Just stated T&C's. Will never be using Auto Europe again. Useless service. "
" No one from Enterprise was at the booth when we arrived to pick up our rental. They arrives 30 minutes late. Staff were very unhelpful and the whole experience was a nighmare. They made me pay an admin fee of €129 + took a deposit of €2,000 because I had a Mastercard Debit card which has been excepted all over the world except Finland. Useless company, rubbish car. I ordered a Qashqai equivalen and was given a smaller car - Opel Mokka. "

" This comment is not based on my Finland experience but on my son's experience this same week in Romania. Auto Europe was an intermediary for rental at Bucharest. Having read some reviews of the initially chosen rental company she asked for another one. That one was even worse. Threats, a minibus was offered where a small car was ordered, extortion of 400 euro's. Credit card was said to be not accepted but they had manipulated the system: the CC company reporter that they were not accessed for any transaction. Score of the 'new' rental company on trustpilot was 1,2 !!. Auto Europe should protect their customers against plain villains. Strike them from your website. Though being a regular customer I am considering to refrain from using your services in certain countries. Your approach (helping to find another rental company) is friendly but the result got even worse than it already was. Kick the villains out of your systemen. "

" I booked VW Golf and I received a Dacia Sandero, in my opinion this 2 cars can not be compared. Because of the very bad weather, it was very cold outside (-15 to -21) the car does not had electrical mirrors and I can not adjust them, not to say they was not heated. Prety small tires, not so good for the snow and ice on the roads. Otherway it was a new car, good for my country (Romania) where Dacia is made. "

There was no one yet at firent desk (it was only 8:30) but I had to ask a flight check in assistant where I could park. They said "anywhere is fine" but because this was different to what firent representative had told me I was a bit apprehensive but had no other choice. Perhaps in future make this clearer. " Finn Rent is a tiny car rental company at the Helsinki airport. It is actually located in a parking lot in the gas station by the parking garage where the main car rental places are located. The office is in a van in this parking lot. If you are going to arrive late or early it's a good idea to call or he may not be there. It's not easy to find but the car was very good. "

We drop off the car with a small delay (less than 30min) and the guy ask us 20 eur in cash, it is very weird and the guy was very unkind. And finally they wanted to take 1000 eur for damage without any quote or proof of the damage cost. The damage was due to a accident with a rabbit but it concerning the plastic bumper so less than 1000 eur is necessary. Furthermore they don't speak English very well ... "

" We have booked the Golf, but got a Fabia instead, which is a class downgrade. The guy from rental company was not friendly and tried to convience us that it is the same (even you can check on their website that the car we got is cheaper). Car was not cleaned properly and was full of chips under the seats. The company has no counter for the car pickup - the guy from the company just came, took the the POS terminal out of his card and asked to give a credit card on the parking, which seems suspicious. Also took them one week to return the deposit. The worst car rental experience i had. "

We where getting desperate AS we really needed the car. 24 je before the rental we got another cancellation with no reasoning... It seemed AS our nationality was the problem.... So we chose another more expensive company byť IT was worth every cent. I will never recomend Hertz to anyone everything. More details about there irresponsivity and their horrible approach I will share online with the public. "
