" The car was as agreed (size (for 7 passengers) and clean), the pick-up location was as agreed , but the drop-off location was different from what was stated at the time of booking. Far away from pick up loaction and public transport (no bus, no taxi, no metro) and about 15 min further away from my hotel. It was quite a challenge to get back to the hotel and because of that the costs were higher. "

Then, I told either to give me the same class or upgrade per international standards and regulations because I could've paid less for a low class car when reserved. Arun from operations was helpful in the replacement, but the staff at terminal 3 Dubai who handed over the vehicle, seemingly must have known these problems existed. Not good. "

" Dear all why my deposit have stay 21 days block? Explanation was because of calculation of toll tax and if have some penalties from police. For me is strange ,because they have my credit card and if any fines appear and they will withhold them. And now if they deduct my money, I don't know what they are, the fines, the tolls.
