" Hello, Upon picking the car up , the class of car booked was not available and the car that was provided was in extremely poor condition with damage on nearly every panel. The interior was badly stained and smelt of poor body odour. I did not want to accept the car however i was told that the car was the only car available. The issue was that i had to be flexible in my days of car hire and was unsure when and where that would be possible to try and re arrage another replacement if at all possible. I originally booked the car for the period of 4/10 -11/10. On the 6/10 i was completely unsatisfied and returned the car causing some considerable inconvenience. I was surprised at the 1800 Morrocon Dirham depsoit required and also the complete lack of care on registering the damage of the car. I think that it only fair that the remaining days of the contract from the 5/10-11/10 should be refunded. I would appreciate an email and i will be happy to share the contract. If i receive no response i will start to seek legal recourse for a refund of either the unused remaining amount or full refund pending the response fom Europcar. "

Insurance details Not clearly advised and had to over insure the car / passengers as a standard.... Although well known return time / location (during normal working hours) Nobody was there to collect the Car and had to phone to the office for instructions (leave the keys in the box !!!) "
