" At the Hertz/Thrifty office in Tallinn the agent didn't accepted the Auto Europe insurance. He asked for a 1000€ deposit and he refused my debit card. Instead paing for a Hertz insurance, the deposit dropped to 100€. The card was accepted, but was blocked by the pos. I've used another card. At Riga, the car was blocked at the parking gate: being a lituanian car, it was not registered on the Riga sistem. So i spent more money, and he take us a long wait to have the car, "

" Every aspect of the rental experience was great, like it has always been with Thrifty. "

" Everything was great, like it has always been with Thrifty. One unfortunate surprise was that after 40 km of driving I had to add 8 liters of gas to fill the tank before drop-off, so the tank was not full when I received the car. Average consumption of that car was 5.2 liters per 100 km. "

" Pick-up went well. Drop off was total s**t and didnt get back my deposit without any explanations. "

" The car was about 50000 km and a little bit noisy. In the last day of rental it displayed a warning light in the panel and there was no manual for consulting. Fortunatelly, I could return the car without any further problem. It seems they should have done a previous checking or maintenance. Also, I just noticed a high value charged in my credit card and I have no idea why it is there. AutoEurope has not replied me, yet "

" I am indeed very dissatisfied because due to a small problem I could not pick up the car which I booked for a week. Therefore my roadtrip with friends got ruined and we lost the money! The total ammount I paid you is 209?. I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE IT BACK, I did not use the car! I am young and poor and this was first time ever I tried to rent a car! We were 3 friends but only I had credit card but unfortunately WITHOUT ENOUGH MONEY FOR DEPOSIT. I wasn't aware of this, no one could transfer me that money so I could take the car. My friends could transfer the money but that would take DAYS! so this CREDIT CARD issue was the problem. Everything else was ok except this detail and now you don't give the client the money back! I'm very dissatisfied "
