" All things were good, except car return. For the very first time car renting in Amsterdam Schiphol airport the simple question how to return the car it was for me an issue. Means - where is an entrance to the needed garage. The very first thing - small printed flyer in the car with scheme how to find return entrance was not available, but it definitely will helps a lot. Second - the main Car Rental Return road sign was closed by yellow tape as not valid. At my visit time (2019 10 05) reconstruction works requires the changes of some traffic directions around airport and existing one o two small yellow color temporary road signs with Car Rental Return writings are definitely not enough. Please, pay more attention for these questions. Especially most of customers has flights in desired time and car return procedure become enough nervous. "

Also car rental company says that they have not got money so I can get it back from you, but you don't want to. " We arrived to pick up our car at noon, only 2 hours after the planned pick up time. And it had been given away. We therefore had to wait for another car in the same class. When it finally arrived 1 hour later, it was dirty. The checkout person and myself did a very quick check and we left as we were now extremely late. When we returned the car 2 days later, we were told there was damage on the underside of the front right bumper. I did NOT cause this damage. It must have been there before we left, but because the car was dirty and we were in a hurry, we didn't note it. I now have to pay for this damage which I am grossly unhappy about. After 5 emails and 3 phone calls, they reviewed the damage and have charged 100 euros (as opposed to 350) and waived the admin fee. This is a compromise, however I am still VERY unhappy that I am being blamed for damage. "

" Enterprise helpdesk came across as rude, and imposing. We were given a car from a rank lower than that we applied for (we paid for a Volvo V40, but were given a 1.2L Suzuki Vitara). The staff were rude when we appealed and were told that our car had just been given away about 5minutes before we got to the desk. They offered us a slightly better car (mazda cx3) provided we paid a fee. We did not accept this, and ended up having an underpowered car which we did not enjoy driving. Overall I am not pleased with my experience with Enterprise, and will not select their services again when renting with Autoeurope. "
