I was caught off guard in that I purchased coverage under my order with Auto Europe but upon getting to the counter at Dollar I was told that was irrelevant and had to repurchase it with them and they'd hold over $1,000 fir a month if I didn't. I feel I over paid for this. I avoid Hertz like the plaque due to Hertz in Lisbon and a real creepy Hertz experience where an employee was calling me after the few hour credential was returned. It was creepy getting phone calls like this. I share this because Dollar in Marrakesh is under Hertz. With that said the employees at Dollar/ Hertz were VERY professional here at this location. "

" The only comment on the car is that the wheels were not balanced and this was strongly felt in the steering wheel. About the waiting time at the counter, it took too long. There were problems with the computer system. Otherwise the Dollar guys were nice. "

" When picking up the car, there was a very long line, so it took me more than 1 and ½ hour (the counter served also other car rental companies). When I finally get to the counter the process was quick, stuff helpful and friendly. "
