" Good price, but the deposits we still had to pay were quite high and are still not lifted from my credit card (not the fault of Auto Europe I suppose, but annoying anyway...) "

" We picked up the car late since out flight was delayed and therefore the employer didn't want to check the car for damages since there was not enough light. The next day we had to go back because there was much more damage than she had indicated. We weren't explained other things either, like what to do in case of an accident or damage. "

" AE Reservation screen said airport included, voucher mentioned it as excluded. When I called customer service, i was guaranteed twice that this was not the airport surcharge but only extra taxes for locally paid items (like babyseats). I was made to pay the airport surtax in Curacao despire all guarantees. Very unfortunate. "
