" As always, the reservation through AutoEurope went very smoothly and the price offered was the best I could find. Prior to the rental, I received reminders that I need a visa credit card. I had booked the super cover option but did not need to make use of it, so I cannot assess it for this particular rental. "

" I had booked a 4x4 wheel drive for my three week road trip in Costa Rica and was very satisfied with the experience. The Amigo office is a 5min drive from the airport but they provide a shuttle service upon arrival. The car (Mitsubishi) was quite new (less than 20,000km) and very clean, both on the inside and the outside. The customer assistant took a tour around the car and noted all (small) damages. The same was done at drop-off. Given the competitive price, I can highly recommend booking through Amigo. "

" We had to rent a car for one more month and we couldn't find a way to increase the rental lenght with you. We gave so the car back and took an other with Rentalcars who had a compact car available in Puerto Viejo at a good price with Alamo. A little strange:-) I like to book with you because there is no surprises with insurances but this time you had nothing interesting in Puerto Viejo Limon Costa Rica "

" Every thing perfect for Costa Rica But still soooo long in time to get your car. After a 12 hours flight we count 1 to 2 hours to get our car. ( travel time to the agency and paperwork). Compared on an international level.... there is still much to improve. "

" All got solved by Adobe, who in the end offered us another vehicle. So it just cost us aggrevation and time (had to wait some time). So experience with easycar is an 8, with europecar a 3 "

" The rental we booked with autoeurope didn't exist! Adobe doesn't rent out an automatic in the class we booked. So tbey offered a car with gear, which Should have been cheaper. "

" The booking was smooth, no problems at all. I found the price quite fair. The only downside, they require a fairly precise pickup hour, in case of a delay, they reserve the right to repurpose the car. "

" Wir waren nur seitens der Fa. Thrifty etwas enttäuscht weil, als wir dort angekommen sind, hat uns der Carrental Assistent gesagt, dass das von uns bestellte Auto leider noch nicht verfügbar ist, da die Vormieter noch nicht zurück sind. Er hätte ein Fahrzeug für uns, dass aber etwas größer ist, kostet aber 100 Euro mehr.Wir haben dann gefragt wie lange wir warten müssten, darauf hat der MitRbeiter gesagt, es hängt davon ab,wann die Vormieter zurück kommen.Das kann nur ein Scherz sein, dachten wir, da wir einen sehr zeitigen Morgenflug hatten und ziemlich müde waren haben wir dann vehement darauf bestanden, dass Fahrzeug,dass da war zu bekommen.Sie wollten so noch zusätzliches Geld machen, denn das Fahrzeug war nicht größer als das bestellte "
