The experience for picking up a car was excellent, no wait, very efficient staff member, she even noted down dents and scratches that I didn't find. However, the drop-off experience was poor. They have only one person for dozens of customers who show up in the morning, so all that can be done is drop off the key in a shoe box. One has to hope that Europcar doesn't find any problem and surprise the customer with a charge. It's been a week and I haven't gotten hit with a charge, so I assume everything is OK, but it's not a good feeling to not be able to show a staff member that the car is in the same condition as when rented, and get a confirmation of that. "

" Econorent--the subcontractor-- went out of there way to put roadblocks in our way to returning the car early, I.E., 30 minutes before the office opened. A *very* bad and uncomfortable experience. Had it not been for Pamela at Econorent, we would not have made our next connection. Auto Europe should find a better subcontractor who is more honest re insurance and better at service. "
