A driver did come and waited there but he made no attempt to reach out to me and did not have a WiZcar sign or any other indication. It was 1% chance I even got the car. Once they took me to off-site office, all was fine. AUTOEUROPE should clarify there is no onsite pickup, and have a better system for pickup. The people at Carwiz is NOT designed or trained to connect with car renters like me. NO sign, no guidence, driver who seems to be chatting with his own friend. Very shocked about this experience. "

" I called and talked to AutoEurope reps a few times during the process but was most disappointed by my last call when I explained everything that happened. Bottom line is I don't feel like AutoEurope provided me any backing when it came to my poor experience. Makes me wonder what the point is of using AutoEurope if they don't have my back as a consumer when something goes wrong. I understand there are terms and conditions, but we all know that as a company, you can do what it takes to correct a wrong. "
" This is the review I left on the company's google maps site: Don't rent from them unless you know Turkish. No English at all from anyone. Aside from that, here are my issues: - the Ankara INTERNATIONAL airport location did not accept any of my 3 foreign credit cards so I had to pay 170 lira in lieu of an upfront deposit. - the car they rented to me had 160k kilometers on it and had critical electrical issues. The engine completely shut off while I was driving full speed down the highway. I sent a picture of the dashboard indicator and they said it's not a problem. I beg to differ... - i know it's perhaps a fairly common practice, but I expected more coming from an international airport location - the car came with no gas in it, so I had to fill up right away. - I explained all my problems to them over the phone and asked them to pick up the car from where I was staying and I told them I didn't want a replacement car - I just wanted to be done working with them. Eventually they agreed to come get it. Then they proceeded to find something to make me pay for their inconvenience. A 500tl fine for a tiny rip in the seat which i don't believe we did. I reminded him that during the initial inspection, he showed something worth noting on the same seat. He didn't recall this because he didn't put it on the vehicle report. These are shady characters and I recommend using another company. I rented this car via the AutoEurope.Eu website under the CarWhiz car rental company name. Further, their invoice says Pandora Car Hire but the business card I received from them was ER Car Rental. No wonder they have to have such a nontransparent business model. "
