" Value for money: Rate as expected, not exceptional. Exorbitant deposit on Car Eur1050 for Skoda Kamiq 1.0 collected 19Apr and returned 21Apr as agreed. Deposit not yet cancelled from my credit card today Wed 24th. fingers crossed. Counter staff: just handed keys and docs and given direction where to find car. I asked for a GPS but he advised none were available unless car fitted from factory. Car: was not the VW T-Cross I chose although it was of the same class. Bodywork had a lot of scratches and dents although in fairness to Carwiz, all were marked on the docs and I had no issue when I returned it back. cigarette lighter and charging ports did not work - could not even charge my mobile on it and I had to use it for directions. Experience on drop off better: gentleman could speak better English and accompanied me to inspect vehicle. have to see about refund of deposit though which has not been confirmed yet. "

" I booked a 4X4 car, in fact I got a car maybe in the same category but a 2X4 and it spoiled my trip plan. The team said that if I wanted, I could cancel the contract or take what was offered. If I had known in advance that the vehicle I would receive was a 2X4 I would have ordered a vehicle from a much cheaper category. Looking for a car again at the airport would have cost me valuable time and certainly when booking at the counter, it would have cost me much more than booking in advance. "

" Car was diferent from the one i was supposed to have. Excess was incredibly high for the cost of car. Carwiz has only 2 spots in the parking lot and if they are not open you have to find another general spot, if there is one. Overall cost was in a vey good price "

" A great car rental agency in Belgrade with great prices and superb value for money. I always rent through them. They are professional and friendly The deposit refund is taking too long however. I've been charged (not blocked) 480 EUR...and a week later the money still isn't back into my account. This is quite long but carwizz staff has done its part from what I know. The lengthy procedure is a little stressful...that's the only setback. "

The only trouble I had was with the parking at Belgrade Ariport upon car return: there was no available space in the area where I was told to drop the car off. " I have just one thing to complain about..my drop off was originally scheduled for 430am but counter staff told me to change to 5am..i agreed..then again when i arrived i was hoping to fill up car from near station at airport..i arrived and found it closed. If this time wasnt moved i would have gone to fill up...this ended up that i was charged €15 for leaving car 7/8 full. i dont think a dacia sandero needs €120 to full up...if thats how much they charge for 1/8 and its not my fault..its not fair but i didnt complain as i was already late for my flight and made it on time full of stress "
