Hire your car without the need to wait
The new Key'n Go package is a self-service process. To qualify, you must pre-register by copying the following link into your smartphone before you arrive. Then enter your email address and your reservation number which is located in the top right hand corner of your Auto Europe car rental Key'n Go voucher. In addition, make sure you have a valid ID (passport, ID Card), driving licence and credit card information to hand.
Upon finalising your booking online, you’ll receive a confirmation containing important rental information. Once you have this in your possession, all you have to do is follow these steps:
1. Select your desired language
2. Either enter your reservation number or using your smartphone scan the code we sent to your device
3. Select the desired car from the vehicle category on offer
4. Pick up your car keys
5. Commence your journey.

Yes, your booking remains valid. If an error occurs whilst trying to digitise your documents, please head to the office to have this done manually.
Is a member of staff available during the pick-up with Key'n Go?
This process is designed to get you on the road as quickly as possible and with least effort. One of the benefits is not having to come to the office and wait in line. Although, if you do require to speak to someone, have questions or need help, then a member of staff is always available.

Where are the Key’n Go pick-up machines located?
Your booking confirmation will specify the exact location of your Key'n Go machine. However, if you have any difficulty, then please head to the office and they will send you in the right direction.
Where do I find my car once I have the keys?
The screen on the Key'n Go collection machine will indicate where your car is located. The contract summary printout from the machine will also indicate your vehicles location.
To whom do I return the keys upon drop off?
Please return the car keys into the key collection drop off boxes located outside the parking offices.
