" Once again the voucher was accepted by the rental company without a glitch. All conditions well explained, and met by the final provider. "

" After the trouble started with no-one in the rental office for me to get the car I googled customer experience of Budget in Malta. There were many extremely bad reviews. When I talked with Auto Europe I was explained that Auto Europe can't do anything for bad service in Malta as you have a global deal with Budget. When I didn't get the car from the other Budget office as I didn't want to receive it without checking for the damages Budget told me that I can't cancel the contract as it was done through Auto Europe and you told me that I couldn't cancel it because it was already charged and I should have cancelled 48 hours before. How does one cancel 48 hours before when one does not get the vehicle as agreed is beyond my logic. "
" The office for pickup on agreed time closed. Telephone numbers to contact didn't work or no-one responded. Through Ato Europe finally someone came with the car and asked me to receive it without any paperwork. Then I was taken to another location for the contract. Personnel there refused to check the vehicle for damages with me. Finally accepted to do this. I receivedthe car 2,5 hours late. In returning the box for key was accessible for anyone to take the keys together with the instructions where the car was parked. "

" There are some companies that have not fair fuel policy. You have to purchase a rather expensive full tank. The blocked deposit of 1000 to 1500 euros is something not everyone can afford. "
" Fair offers regarding the status of their cars. I would prefer better rates/day for long term rental. After all there are not too many customers this period of time. "

" It felt like stuff didnt really want to help / make a suggestion after we encountered a problem with credit card. It seemed like they absolutely didnt care about whats gonna happen. Besides that, I still didnt get the causion back and budget is not answering any emails. "

" Probably not because in case of an accident I need to pay the company which is renting me the car (Budget) and then ask the money from you (because of insurance). Quite unpractical. "
" Not a good experience. Needed to pay additional 88€ at the counter for additional driver, because credit card was on my wife's name. "
