" Very good, we made a reservation on line but wanted some info so we called and got help from Linn (your office in Munchen) She was fantastic give her a bonus because we called once more and she was on the phone again and helped us with the payment because it did´t function online "
" A lady helped us and she was ok behind the desk and the man who gave us the keys was very meticulous and helpful. We arrived at the airport at 14.30 but there was no staff at the counter . We called about 14:55 the person said ; in place in a few minutes . He arrived after about 15 minutes was very friendly !! Think that there will be staff on site if it says that they should be there between a certain time! "
