" Sehr geehrtes Team, hiermit möchte ich offiziell Beschwerde über den inakzeptablen Zustand im Zusammenhang mit dem Mietwagen einreichen, den ich über Ihre Plattform bei einem Ihrer lokalen Partner gemietet habe. Die Buchungsnummer lautet EU22610012-1, gemietet wurde das Auto am Flughafen in Banja Luka bei der Firma Carwiz. Das Erlebnis war in jeder Hinsicht unbefriedigend und hat mir erhebliche Unannehmlichkeiten bereitet. Der gemietete VW Polo wies bereits bei der Übergabe erhebliche Mängel auf. Die hintere Stoßstange war beschädigt und nicht korrekt befestigt, wodurch die Parksensoren nicht funktionierten. Darüber hinaus war das Fahrzeug während der Fahrt unruhig, was die Fahrsicherheit beeinträchtigte. Am dritten Miettag versagte die Batterie des Fahrzeugs das erste Mal, sodass ich es mit Starterkabeln starten musste. Dieser Vorfall wiederholte sich am nächsten Tag, was besonders problematisch war, da ich mich zu diesem Zeitpunkt auf einer Hochzeit befand. Gestern musste ich meinen gesamten Tag (letzter Urlaubstag noch dazu) opfern, um sicherzustellen, dass das Fahrzeug heute wieder fahrbereit ist, damit wir es heute zum Flughafen schaffen. Ich musste mich beim Organisieren viel beteiligen, sodass meine privaten Pläne ins Wasser fielen – nicht unbedingt etwas, dass man sich im Urlaub wünscht. Den Mechaniker habe ich zuerst aus meiner eigenen Tasche bezahlt, und zwar 130BAM. Heute am Flughafen wurden mir 120BAM und 5€ rückerstattet – finde ich auch nicht okay. Zusätzlich wurde mir ein Kindersitz gegen Aufpreis zur Verfügung gestellt, der nicht nur ungeeignet für mein Baby war (alters- und ergonomisch bedingt), sondern auch in einem schmutzigen Zustand, den wir selbst sauber gemacht haben, damit der Kleine drinsitzen kann, bis wir einen anderen temporär organisiert haben. Dies ist absolut inakzeptabel, insbesondere wenn es um die Sicherheit und den Komfort meines Kindes geht. Bei der Rückgabe des Fahrzeugs wurde mir dann auch noch eine Reinigungsgebühr in Höhe von 20BAM in Rechnung gestellt. Dies ist umso unverständlicher, als ich den vorherigen Tag damit verbracht hatte, mich um die Reparatur des Fahrzeugs zu kümmern. Es ist unerhört, dass mir diese Kosten aufgebürdet werden, obwohl die Probleme offensichtlich bereits vor der Übergabe des Fahrzeugs bestanden und ich den Waschtermin nicht wahrnehmen konnte, womit das Fahrzeug nicht gereinigt wurde. Ich erwarte eine umgehende Rückerstattung der Reinigungskosten sowie eine angemessene Entschädigung für die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten und den verlorenen Tag. Ich hoffe, dass Sie diese Angelegenheit mit der nötigen Ernsthaftigkeit behandeln und sicherstellen, dass andere Kunden nicht ähnliche Erfahrungen machen müssen. " Hello! I've booked a car from 2021-12-27 till 2022-01-05 through autoeurope.eu service. And the site has a difference between Dacia Sandero and VW Polo - they have different price. And Sixt site has the same images of "classes" and has difference in prices for 2 economy positions. After it I've expected that it is not the same cars even let it be "classes", because of their prices and their different positions at list. But I've picked-up a Dacia Sandero instead of another paid (as I think different). And I will really appreciate it if you could manage this situation somehow: i.e. make corrections to images of economy "classes" (Dacia Sandero has 4-5 doors and can replace image with VW Polo, also the current image with Sandero can be replaced by some more real economy model with 2-4 doors). " The worst rent ever! Horrible experie nce! I've been renting at least 20 times in my life in Croatia, France, USA, Australia but I have never ever been cheated before. The man Amel at Nur Rent a Car did not but the winter tires, did not washed the car, did not check the car and than when we agreed that I will check a car a day after that dark eve, he charged me ca 662 SEK for scratched I did not made. I sent him a pictures of the scratches on Viber as we've agreed. He does not fill fuel tank full. He is cheating on everything he gets! I have been complained at Auto Europe about Nur. How you handle my case, depends on whether I will rent a car from you again. But I am telling everybody from Bosnia about Nur /Rent a Car Trade from Mostar so they do not rent a car there. "

" Car Engine warning light came on before reaching Croatian border from Sarajevo (first two hours of eleven hour trip to Munich, Germany). Replacement car had to be driven up to Munich from Sarajevo and Client had to collect and inspect at 4am. Subsequently NUR RENT decided to charge Client approx EUR 200 extra (from mandatory EUR500 deposit) for alleged "car scratches" (vs. EUR140 charge for 2 week rental!) that were not verified and no formal evidence was sent to Client. All details and pictures on this incident were sent to Auto Europe on 6th OCT - took 10 days for Auto Europe to reply and matter still unresolved as Auto Europe requested from Client info proving/confirming scratches and related documents which were never provided by NUR RENT). Unless Auto Europe calls NUR RENT and investigates and call Client to satisfactorily resolve matter, it is NUR RENT word vs. Client - which means Auto Europe is making broking commission with Zero support/follow-up with Clients, or at least verification of standards of its network of providers, such as NUR RENT. I suggest Auto Europe investigate matter and get back to us to mo@daarna.com, at earliest convenience (Phone +447551661151). We are not expecting a reply from Auto Europe, so in such circumstance, we feel it may appropriate to warn potential Auto Europe client on social media, of risks of such service and support. "

" I had a really unpleasant situation with the Nur agency when I was supposed to pick up a car at the Airport last week. Their communication with the customer and hospitality is really bad. Regarding pickup a car. I didn't have information who to wait and where exactly we gonna meet, because they don't have any stand, office or some label with their Logo and Company name at the Airport. And when the agent from Nur finally came, after 45 minutes being late. The attitude to the customer was so bad and unprofessional. I also had a call with their manager in Mostar, He also was so unprofessional with the customer service. Everybody just wants to make money, but they don't care about their customers. All in all, it was a really bad experience, and I will not use their service in the future. "

" We had a big problem with the Nur Rent car rental company as they charged us 176 euro for something we never did but they managed to trap us because we did not take detailed photos of the interior of the vehicle when we received it at night in a dark parking lot. We were treated unfair by Nur Rent and Auto Europe should have helped us and reimbursed us the cost since there is no such procedure for taking detailed photos of the vehicle inside and it was very clear that the car was in very bad condition from a video that we provided to them and outlining all the problems we had with the car. Customer service was communicative and responsive but I would be hesitant to recommend Auto Europe to a friend because they did not protect us from the deceiving act by Nur Rent. "
" AVOID RENTING WITH NUR RENT!!! Nur Rent gave us a car that was damaged everywhere from scratches and bumps, it had corrosion signs, it had broken interior parts, it was completely dirty with garbage from the previous driver, it had a faulty suspension and a problem in engine with blinking lights on the dashboard. We took a video of all the problems at the exterior and the agent said that we do not need to worry of the interior and he even apologized. After few days that we returned the car, they charged us 176 euro from our credit card for "deep cleaning" of the car without telling us anything. And after requests and long wait, they provided photos from the dirty interior which was exactly as it was when we received it. We ended up paying for something that we never did. AVOID them at all costs! Do not rent with them, they will try to rob you as they did from us. They are unprofessional, sneaky and unreliable. Shame to Nur Rent and pity that they create a bad image of their beautiful country. "
