" Everything was fine. Except that the vehicle we got had lots of bumps and scratches, and the front bumper was coming off at one end. Hopefully Avis won't try to charge us for these - as these were pre-existing damages. "

" I get adds all the time about extremely low prices from Auto Europe but when I start to book car for my next trip, then prices are two or more times higher. Therefore I do not need any advertisment from Auto Europe any more, it does not help me. "

" I have never had a such an old and scarred car from car rental in my life. Scratches were not marked on the agreement. I showed the car to the Avis representative but he did not pay any attention on that. I was worried during all my vacation if Avis will charge me for these scratches. Also the left rear tire had deep damage on the side. Wheel was extremely sensitive, car smelled like somebody had smoked inside of it. Fortunately finally Avis did not charge my for that. "

" The informations about the car were not good. The first car proposed by Avis Jerusalem was a very small one : similar to Hyunday I10 (I paid you a little bit more to have I20 or similar). I had to make a scandal to obtain a car with a boot a little bigger. Toyota Yarris was given to me like a privilege! Avis ask for me the airport tax (29 US$). In your contract, you said :" airport tax is included". "

" The car was dirty inside, without rear shelf (nevertheless necessary to hide my luggage inside the boot!). There was no water in the water tank and all the tires were half of normal pressure!!! "
