" Dear Auto Europe Customer Support, I am writing again to address a serious issue regarding my recent reservation (EU20358684) with Autostrad for a car rental scheduled on 27 August at Dubai Terminal 3. Upon arrival, I was informed that the previously requested baby and child seating was unavailable. Shockingly, two representatives of Autostard suggested that a two-year-old child could be safely transported without a car seat and the baby in our lap, which is not only illegal but also extremely unsafe. Due to this unacceptable situation, I didn't pick up the car!! So, I'd like to request an immediate refund for the rental amount. Additionally, I must express my concern about the dangerous advice provided by your representatives. This advice goes against established traffic laws and raises serious safety questions. It is a situation of no refund because Autostrad lied to Customer Support that I had requested a booster and that it was not an Auto Europe or supplier fault. It is really, I specifically requested infant and child seats for my reservation, as clearly indicated in the rental order. I hadn't mentioned nor requested a booster seat because my kids don't even have the age to sit in booster seats! This situation is truly absurd and disappointing.
