" You should take Albania RAC off of your list "

" 1 . Car pick up was chaotic and took nearly an hour. 2. The car was dirty and had trash in it from previous driver 3. Staff did not provide us with the correct information about what was needed to cross the border into Montenagro and Croatia (even though we were charged extra to take the car to those countries and it was clearly stated on the paperwork that the car was insured to do so. ) Consequently we were turned away at the Croatian border. We had already reserved accommodations in Croatia so didn't want to abandon the trip. We had to park the car in Kotor and take a bus across the border. ( incurring additional expense of the bus while forfeiting ferry tickets and night's accommodation in Croatia) Very frustrating. When we contacted the rental company they said that we could purchase the green card to enter countries at the borders. That was available for Montenegro but not Croatia . "

" The location was a western union (I guess?). A man told us, from a cafe table, that our car would be brought in 15 minutes. We waited 45 and it did not show up. No one spoke more English than that. So we left. We never got the car. Very very disappointed that auto Europe works with them. "

" Autoneurope is very good but in this case the info provided upon booking (fuel level full/full) was not accurate nor was the limitation on asphalt roads "

" For the first time not a very positive experience with Sicily by car. They did not provide us with a full fuel tank and you know how hard it is to give back a car with a given tank level other than full.. And they barred us from driving on gravel roads meaning we could not make full use of the car given that gravel roads is the normality at local level in Albania "

" Enterprise was perfect, but autoeurope was a katastroph. i did not get a location where to pick up the car. I did not get an phone number which was already working. I think the best is to book directly by enterprise and pay some euros more for the service. "

Sul sito vengono evidenziate nelle pubblicità; poi quando si conferman, appaiono non chiare e comunue la compagnia di car rentals non le tiene in considerazione. La prossima volta farò tutto tramite il sito della compagnia di assicurazione stessa. "

" Ci sono sempre problemi per la Copertura Completa. Pur avendo scelto su AutoEurope l'opzione Cover Plus, Sicily By Car ha informato che per loro quella copertura non conta niente e quindi è stato bloccato l'usuale importo di 500 Euro sulla carta di credito. "

" the car was not ready at our arrival even if booked in advance. we had to wait an hour. It was dirty, damaged, and without 2 door handles (one of the driver). It had smooth tires and the signal of service needed on. I did not had the chance to check the car when it was delivered to me because of time constrains (the delivery takes place in front of the terminal where you can stop for few mins only). "

" I am not sure about real insurance of the rented car. I had to pay to Auto Europe for full insurance, what I wanted. But Albania RAC told me that full casco is included in the price of every car. In this case, what I paid for? "

" There is no time to check the car. You have 2 mitutes at free airport parking. There are lot of damages on the car. They say, don't worry, there is full casco. But no any word about deductable amount. Tank is empty: gring back with same level. No check of car, no any paperwork when I gave back the car. I took pictures in 1 minute when I got and when I gave back the car. "

" I rented a full/full fuel policy but have been given the car with only for 10km remaining in the tank. We did not check the kilometres and neither the state of the car which was quite damaged on the side. The car also did not seem to have been cleaned inside. "

" There is nothing to tell. Next, next, next, pay and voila... :) Everything was clear enough, although printed vouchers should be past. This was the only printed paper in all my trip. "

" No damage sheet provided upon pick-up. There was some minor damages, but I can't prove, that they was before pick-up. In reality there was empty-to-empty fuel policy, not full-to-full as showed in voucher. Pick-up process was simply and fast. Easy to find the Albania RAC counter. "

" We rented a Citroen which was big enough for us. However on the second day we got a call to take the car back as there was some problem with its documents. We had to go to Saranda where our car was replaced with an extremely small Peugeot 106 which was very uncomfortable for 4 adults . We wasted a lot of time and money for doing this and we only got a free router box in return. I think the company should refund us a part of the sum which we had paid for this rental. "

" The gas tank was empty and there was damage on the vehical when we picked it up. As there was no paperwork that indicated either of these deficiencies we had some concerns that the full coverage insurance would be used to cover damage that was already on the vehicle. There was only one piece of paper, partially completed that came with the rental vehicle. Other than this concern we were treated well. Staff was friendly even if not well documented. "

" The car and the service were great overall, except for one thing. The car had a 30 kmh limit speed, that made the car beeps everytime I passed the mark. Not the car manual or the Enterprise service support could help me cancel the limit. This situation was very unpleasant and did affect my experience with the car. "

" Please Auto Europe make sure that the dealers that you work with meet some minimum requirements. They gave me a dirty car full of scratches, the agent at the Sicily by car office in the city center of Tirana told us that the system is not updated with all scratches and damages. There is a high risk to charge for things that you are not responsible. At that time, my money is till blocked. I would never try to rent a car from you in the future. "

" Please do not ever try to rent a car from this company. Try to avoid it even if other car dealers are more expensive. We rented a car from the Sicily by car office in the city center of Tirana. We got the car in terrible dirty condition with many scratches which were not repaired. The agent at the Sicily by car office in the city center of Tirana told us that the system is not updated with all scratches and damages. There is a high risk to be charged for things that you are not responsible. When we drop off the car at Tirana International Airport the agent told us that we ought to have cleaned the car. We told him that how would he expect us to clean the car when the car was delivered dirty. For me this was one of the most unprofessional companies that i ever dealt in my life. Nie wieder!! "

" I must say that my rental in Albania was extremely expensive compared to other country's. For 9 days 540€ is a high price for a simple model. Above this i had to pay an extra 200€ because they had to "bring" the car from Tirana to Saranda... This type of comunication to the costumor is disturbing and not good. "

" Bit of a weird car (Citroën Berlingo), which does not level in driving capacity with a real passenger car (Skoda Yeti or equal booked). Amount of rental days as well as international authorization not right in Enterprise's system, which is weird seeing that they get the same voucher. It was well taken care of though. "
